Shoppers, beware! This shop took my lug nut key after my first encounter with them, not long after that when I returned for a Second service visit they asked for my lug nut key and I could not find it. Magically, they had one. when I confronted them about it. They said no that that one, was theirs. Now I’m having to spend more money to remove thr lug nuts from the dealership and getting my new tires from a different shop!

I had four brand new tires that I bought mounted and balanced at this location. I also wanted the alignment done on it. It was a 2014 Chevy traverse also had them change the oil while I was there ended up costing around $309 took him three hours so they could not get the alignment right. Then they come back and said the alignment is good, but the steering wheel will not line up. I asked them if they put it on a scanner tool because of my vehicle you have to put the vehicle on a scanner tool to center the steering wheel they said no it didn’t ask us to. There was no reason to put it on a scanner tool. Anybody who knows how to do proper alignments know that you have to put it on a scanner tool so my steering wheel was crooked vehicle was driving. Great it’s just annoying having the steering wheel off centered took it to another shop fixed it within 10 minutes not going to ask for my money back because I know It would just be a hassle. The man tried to lie to me and say I needed a new rack and pinion was not true at all. I could end up spending another $1500 at his shop having him do a rack and pinion job. I did not need thank God I went somewhere else.
